Zack Clements is a 17 year-old high school student from Texas. He played for the high school football team and was the picture of health. Then one day, he suddenly collapsed and went into cardiac arrest.

Zack was declared dead for 20 minutes before he unexpectedly came back to life. Amazingly, his return to life isn’t the most shocking part of this story!

It’s what happened after that makes Zack’s story such an inspiration.

Sudden cardiac arrest is the number one killer of teen and youth athletes and kills nearly 1 in 100,000 athletes under the age of 35.
