Man who called police for help is killed by his wife when officers refused him

(Scroll down for video) A woman killed her husband after police no longer wanted to wait around and left him alone with her.

67-year-old Chien-Kuo “Charles” Lin called police to protect him from his wife until he removes his belongings from their home.

Charles Lin and his wife 63-year-old Hsiu-Chin “Linda” Lin, separated and he moved out of the home, which the couple bought 1991, according to property records.

When Charles Lin went to collect some of his belongings from the house, he asked an officer to accompany him.

Police complied with his request, but they did not stay long. Officers left as soon as he got the stuff outside of the house.

Less than half an hour later, officers were called back to the home, this time for a murder.

Charles Lin was shot dead in the garage of their two-story house on South Sixth Street in Montgomery County.

Police found Linda Lin, sitting at the kitchen table with the gun in her hands just after 4:00 p.m.

She was indicted on a charge of first-degree murder and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail without bail".
