"Go take a nap."

"I'm going to count up from one, and by the time I get to three, you better be in that bed."
[puppy rolls eyes]
"One."
[puppy stands its ground]
"Two."
"Two-and-a-half."
[puppy starts to get nervous, edges toward bed]
"Two-and-three-quarters."
[puppy plops down in bed, finds a toy, gets distracted, immediately leaves bed to go play]
"Three!"
