Just when I thought dessert couldn’t get any tastier, this woman makes a cheesecake like I’ve never seen before!

In order to make a lighter, healthier cheesecake she replaces cream cheese with something I never would have considered…greek yogurt!

I don’t know about you but this list of ingredients looks a LOT healthier than the version I’ve been using!

I was a little skeptical that it would work but it looks JUST like cheesecake! To make this recipe even better, with so many varieties of greek yogurt available, the flavor possibilities for this cheesecake recipe are endless!

For the crust she uses:
Graham Crackers
2 Tbs Sugar
4 Tbs Melted Butter

Directions:
Put your crust ingredients in a food processor until you have fine crumbs and press your crust into the bottom of a spring form pan.

And for the filling:
2 Containers of Oikos Key Line Greek Yogurt
2 Containers of Oikos Strawberry or Raspberry Greek Yogurt
4 Eggs
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 Tbs Flour

Directions:
In one bowl combine the key lime yogurt, 2 eggs, 2 Tbs flour and 1/2 the can of sweetened condensed milk and in a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. If you want your filling colors to be brighter you can add food coloring in. Pour in your filling one flavor at a time and then pop that baby in the oven at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
